Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Typist (Education Content)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Typist to support our education platform by drafting and formatting academic materials and test papers.

This role is purely execution-based and does not involve creating, selecting, or evaluating questions. The candidate will work strictly as per the content and instructions provided by our academic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Type and compile question papers, study material, and academic content in MS Word
• Create and maintain Excel sheets for:
• Question banks
• Student data
• Test mapping and tracking
• Format documents as per ICAI / institute guidelines
• Convert handwritten / PDF / image content into editable Word or Excel formats
• Ensure:
• Proper headings, numbering, tables, and alignment
• Accuracy and consistency in formatting
• Make corrections and revisions as instructed by the academic team
• Maintain confidentiality of all academic and student data
• Skills RequiredStrong working knowledge of MS Word (styles, tables, formatting)
• Good command over MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions strictly
