Data Entry Operator

✅ Job Title: Data Entry & ERP WIP Operator(With Data Analysis Skills)

• 🔍 Key Responsibilities1. ERP / Software Data EntryEnter daily production, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing & dispatch data in ERP
• Update WIP (Work In Progress) status for each order / style / department
• Ensure all entries are accurate, timely and as per format
• 2. Data Verification & AccuracyCross-check data with physical records (challan, report, register)
• Identify and correct errors, mismatched entries, missing data
• Maintain zero data manipulation or wrong posting
• 3. Report GenerationGenerate daily production report, stock report, order status report from ERP
• Prepare MIS reports for management in Excel/Google Sheet
• Share daily/weekly WIP report with Merchandising & Production team
• 4. Data AnalysisAnalyse order progress, bottlenecks, pending processes
• Prepare summary charts, pivot tables, trend reports etc.
• Highlight delays, production loss, excess material usage etc.
• 5. Coordination & Follow-UpCoordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, store & dispatch teams
• Get data from floor supervisors and update system
• Work closely with merchandising & planning team for timelines
• 6. Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain soft & hard copy records of production slips, challans, reports
• Update internal tracker files, style-wise progress sheet, summary sheet etc.
• 7. Software & System KnowledgeShould be expert in ERP/WIP software (Softcon / GPRO / Excel ERP / Tally etc.)
• Good command in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters, Basic formulas)
• Ability to use barcode/scanning module (if available)
• 📌 Skills RequiredFast & accurate typing
• Strong Excel knowledge (pivot, formulas, charts)
• ERP / WIP software working experience is must
• Analytical thinking & problem solving
