We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers. The candidate will be responsible for following up with clients, maintaining payment records, and resolving payment-related issues while maintaining professional communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, or visits.
• Maintain and update records of collections and pending payments.
• Ensure timely recovery of dues as per company policies.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding payment status.
• Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation of payment transactions.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve delayed payment issues.
