Role OverviewThe Delivery Executive is responsible for picking up and delivering products to customers safely, on time, and with excellent customer service. The role requires punctuality, route knowledge, communication skills, and adherence to company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver orders/products to customers as per assigned routes.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining product integrity.
• Verify delivery details, collect payments (if applicable), and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain communication with dispatch/operations team for updates.
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle (bike/van) in clean and operational condition.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• RequirementsMinimum education: 10th/12th pass (or as required).
• Valid driving license for two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
• Own vehicle (if required by the company) – fuel allowance may be provided.
• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
• Ability to lift and carry packages (up to ___ kg).
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Prior delivery experience preferred but not mandatory.
