Job Title: Delivery Boy

Department: Logistics / Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

To ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to customers, while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Bike required.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver goods to customers as per assigned routes.
• Verify orders before loading and ensure correct delivery to the right address.
• Collect payments (if applicable) and issue receipts.
• Handle goods carefully to avoid damage during transport.
• Maintain delivery records and update status in the company system.
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for daily delivery schedules.
• Keep the delivery vehicle (bike) clean and in good working condition.
