ﾷ Scrutiny of Investigation Reports

ﾷ Settlement of Clear matters

ﾷ Co-ordinate with Advocates for processing of MACP Claims

ﾷ Co-ordination with other department of mandatory requirements  - ILM, Operation, Underwriting etc. 

ﾷ Adducing Oral Evidence in technical matters

ﾷ Vetting of Written Statement, Written notes of Argument, Misc Application etc.

Skills Required

Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. • Data Analysis Skills • Excellent written &verbal communication skills. • Strong knowledge of M V Act, Civil Law . • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion. • Good understanding of general and specific Company and commercial law. • Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in the Legal Unit as a whole. • Good research skills.
