📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and result-oriented Female Nutritionist to join our Health Care Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting weight loss consultations, creating customized diet plans, and converting potential leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and sales techniques.

The candidate must have strong communication skills, confidence, and a target-driven mindset.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed weight loss and nutrition consultations for clients.
• Prepare customized diet and lifestyle plans based on client requirements.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Counsel prospective clients and convert leads into paid enrollments.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain proper client records, follow-ups, and database updates.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO Health Care Process.
• Prior experience in weight loss counselling and sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
