Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing & Post/Video Editing Executive who can manage our social media presence, create engaging visual content, and help grow our brand online. The candidate should be skilled in content creation, graphic design, and video editing for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsAppbulk Shoot.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Manage social media calendars and campaigns.

Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies.

Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers.

Analyze performance (reach, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements.

Support paid ad creatives (basic understanding preferred).

Post & Graphic Design

Design creative posts, banners, reels covers, and stories.

Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, logo usage).

Create promotional creatives for offers, events, and campaigns.

Video Editing

Edit short videos/reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Add transitions, text, music, effects, and brand elements.

Convert raw footage into engaging marketing videos.

Optimize videos for different social media platforms.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn

Proficiency in tools like:

Canva

Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut

After Effects (basic preferred)

Photoshop / Illustrator (optional)

Understanding of social media trends and reels format.

Basic knowledge of hashtags, analytics, and engagement strategies.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing or branding.

Knowledge of video formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories).

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.

Experience in solar / renewable / real estate / service industry (optional)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10K to ₹20K per month (based on experience)
