Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Cocosto is a software UI/UX design studio crafting digital experiences for clients across India. As we grow our brand presence and client base, we are looking for a sharp, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can own our online marketing end-to-end — from organic content and SEO to paid campaigns and social media management.
You will be the driving force behind Cocosto's digital growth, working closely with designers, the ops team, and leadership to build our brand authority and generate leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits
- Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure
- Build quality backlinks through outreach and content partnerships
- Track and report SEO performance using Google Search Console and Analytics
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Cocosto's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
- Write engaging captions, posts, and short-form copy aligned with brand voice
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions — respond and engage actively
- Analyse platform analytics and refine strategy based on performance data
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop content strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention
- Write blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website copy
- Collaborate with the design team to brief and produce visual content (reels, carousels, infographics)
- Repurpose long-form content across social, email, and web channels
PPC & Paid Campaigns
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Define target audiences, bidding strategies, and ad creatives in collaboration with the design team
- Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Run A/B tests on ad copies and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
Digital Growth & Analytics
- Build and execute a 3-6 month digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals
- Set up and maintain tracking via Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters
- Identify growth opportunities through funnel analysis, traffic data, and market research
- Manage email marketing campaigns and subscriber lists (Mailchimp / similar tools)
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes, trends, and best practices across platforms
Brand & Client Support
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
- Support client-facing marketing collateral when required
- Coordinate with the Ops Coordinator and leadership on campaign timelines and approvals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of managing SEO, social media, and paid campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for design and brand consistency
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset — able to read data, draw insights, and make decisions
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience working in a design, tech, or creative services environment is a plus
