Digital Marketing Intern

Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Operations Intern to manage social media, e-commerce operations, and customer coordination for NailKnack (NK) and Mangala Construction (MC).

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

• Daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, Pinterest, GMB & YouTube
• Upload stories, reels & engage with audience
• Monitor followers and performance

E-commerce Operations

• Manage orders (Website, Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, Blinkit)
• Packing, dispatch & COD confirmation
• Handle NDR/RTO and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain stock (no product should go out of stock)

Customer Handling

• Follow-up on COD, abandoned & cancelled orders
• Maintain daily/weekly reports

Marketing

• Execute email & WhatsApp campaigns
• Coordinate influencer activities
• Upload blogs (2/month)

Reporting

• Maintain sheets, invoices & weekly reports
• Track ad spend and performance

Skills Required

• Basic digital marketing knowledge
• E-commerce understanding
• Good communication & Excel skills
• Multitasking & attention to detail
