Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and implement online marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, IndiaMART, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will generate leads, boost brand awareness, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

1. Manage and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

2. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.

3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach).

Paid Advertising:

1. Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and IndiaMART.

2. Optimize ad spend, ad copy, and targeting to ensure maximum ROI.

3. Monitor and report on ad performance (e.g., CPC, CTR, conversion rates).

Lead Generation:

1. Develop and implement lead generation strategies across social media, email, and online channels.

2. Create and optimize landing pages for lead conversion.

3. Monitor and report on lead quality and conversion rates.

Content Creation:

1. Develop high-quality content (blog posts, articles, infographics) highlighting 3 Aqua's expertise.

2. Optimize content for SEO to improve website rankings.

3. Collaborate with the design team to create visual content.

Analytics and Reporting:

1. Track and analyze website analytics (Google Analytics).

2. Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics (e.g., engagement, lead generation).

3. Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.

2. Proven track record in lead generation and social media marketing.

3. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads platforms.

4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.

2. Knowledge of email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp).

3. Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
