🚀 We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager / Lead (Multi-Brand) 🚀

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who doesn’t just run campaigns, but also owns leads till closure support.

This is a core role combining performance marketing + lead management + sales coordination across multiple service-based brands.

📍 Location

Indore - Full time - in house

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Own digital marketing + lead generation for multiple brands
• Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Build, monitor & improve lead funnels and conversion rates
• Manage incoming leads: tracking, qualification & follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales / founders to improve lead-to-conversion
• CRM ownership: lead tracking, status, automation & reporting
• SEO planning (on-page + local SEO)
• Campaign performance tracking (CPL, ROI, conversions)
• Work closely with content, design & video teams
• Ensure marketing efforts translate into actual business

🧠 What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years experience in lead-based / service businesses
• Strong hands-on experience in paid ads & analytics
• Comfort with lead handling, follow-ups & basic sales conversations
• Understanding of Indian buyer behaviour
• Ability to manage multiple brands
• Ownership & accountability mindset

➕ Good to have:

• Experience in sales-driven environments
• CRM & automation exposure (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools)
• Video-first / performance-led marketing thinking
