🕒 Work Hours: 8 hours/day

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and monitor dispatch operations for solar equipment and materials
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and drivers for timely pickups and deliveries
• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery challans, packing lists)
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery delays or issues
• Maintain records of stock movement and update inventory status
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of products during loading/unloading
• Liaise with clients to confirm deliveries and resolve queries
• 🎓 QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage
• 🌟 Preferred SkillsStrong coordination and communication abilities
• Knowledge of basic inventory/ERP systems
• Problem-solving skills to handle delivery challenges
