E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across multiple e-commerce platforms. The role involves handling day-to-day marketplace operations, creating and optimizing product content, planning and executing online advertising campaigns, and improving brand visibility and sales performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure effective product presentation, customer engagement, and revenue growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock-outs.
• Process orders, returns, replacements, and refunds in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Track sales performance, reports, and marketplace metrics.
• Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers on e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company guidelines.
• Work closely with accounts, marketing, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online promotions is a plus.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-commerce documentation.
• Experience in product category management and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with logistics and fulfillment processes.
