Education Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and student-centric Education Counselor to guide aspirants interested in MBA, PGDM, and other professional courses. The role involves counseling students, understanding their career goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Counsel students via calls, emails, chats, and face-to-face meetings regarding MBA, PGDM, and professional courses
• Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career objectives
• Provide detailed information about courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, entrance exams, and admission process
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or database
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment procedures
• Coordinate with marketing and admission teams to achieve enrollment targets
• Stay updated on education trends, universities, and competitive exams

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle targets and deadlines
• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of MBA, PGDM, and professional courses (training will be provided)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus

• Experience/fresher in education counseling, admissions, or sales is an advantage
