🎯 Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Counselor who will play a key role in driving student admissions. You’ll be responsible for interacting with potential leads, understanding their career goals, recommending the right courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments. If you're a persuasive communicator with a passion for education and hitting targets — this role is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads interested in IT courses.

Consult students and working professionals about career options in tech and match them with the best-fit course.

Convince and convert leads into paid enrollments through follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Google Sheets regularly.

Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality feedback.

Guide students through the payment and onboarding process.

Participate in webinars, demo sessions, and events as a course representative.

📚 Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any field (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, etc. are welcome).

1+ year of experience in telesales, counseling, or inside sales preferred.

Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).

Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to handle pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Background in EdTech or coaching centers is an advantage.

Quick learner with interest in IT/tech education.

Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
