Job Title: ERP Consultant/Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ERP professional to join our team and help us optimize our business processes through effective implementation and customization of our ERP system.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Configure and develop ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system integrations.

- Test and troubleshoot system changes.

- Provide training and support to end-users.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).

- ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with multiple ERP systems.

- Knowledge of industry-specific processes (e.g., manufacturing, finance).

- Experience with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud).
