Executive - WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales

The Executive will play a crucial role in driving the bank's WC-SALARIED PL business, targeting salaried professionals as potential clients. They will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, cross-selling the bank's products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the bank's growth and success in the working capital space.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target salaried professionals for WC-SALARIED PL products.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, conducting thorough research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell the bank's products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrating the value of the bank's offerings to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the WC-SALARIED PL portfolio.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WC-SALARIED PL products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships.
