Factory Worker

Role Summary:

The Factory Helper will assist senior technicians in day-to-day manufacturing activities including

welding support, basic wiring, packaging, and general shop floor operations. The role requires a

hands-on individual willing to learn and contribute to efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior technicians in welding and fabrication activities

- Support basic electrical wiring and connections under supervision

- Help in packing and dispatch preparation of finished goods

- Carry materials, tools, and components as required during production

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

- Assist in assembly and installation tasks

- Follow instructions given by supervisors and technicians

- Ensure safe handling of tools, machines, and materials

- Support loading/unloading of goods when required

Requirements:

- Minimum education: 10th / ITI (preferred but not mandatory)

- Basic understanding of tools and workshop environment

- Willingness to learn welding, wiring, and assembly work

- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in factory or workshop environment

- Basic knowledge of welding or electrical work

- Discipline and punctuality
