Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy Process Trainer to join DoctorC. In this role, you will NOT be performing medical procedures. Instead, you will be the bridge between our technology and our field staff (Phlebotomists). You will be responsible for ensuring that every field agent knows exactly how to use our app and follows our service protocols perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Onboarding: Train field staff on the DoctorC mobile app, including slot management, GPS check-ins, reporting TAT (Turnaround Time), and digital sample logging.
• SOP Training: Teach "Home Service Protocols"—from how to greet a customer to how to handle logistics and sample safety.
• Communication Training: Train staff to communicate professionally in both English and Hindi.
• Performance Tracking: Evaluate how quickly new hires learn the process and provide feedback to improve their efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

• English Fluency is a MUST: You must be able to document reports in English and deliver training clearly.
• Tech-Savvy: You should be the kind of person who learns new apps in minutes and can explain them to others simply.
• Training Background: Experience in training delivery fleets (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon), retail staff, or BPO agents is highly preferred.
• No Medical Experience Required: You do not need to be a phlebotomist. We will teach you our specific healthcare SOPs; you just need to be a great teacher!
