Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our Indore location to drive client acquisition and sales for our radio and branding solutions. The role requires on-ground sales activity, client interaction, and coordination to successfully execute campaigns at Radio 2 PI R locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and onboard new clients across Indore
2. Promote Radio 2 PI R’s in-location radio, branding, and on-ground advertising solutions.
3. Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and presentations with potential clients.
4. Generate leads and close sales as per monthly targets
5. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
6. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
7. Prepare basic sales reports and updates

Eligibility & Skills

1. Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
2.  1–3 years of experience in field sales, media sales, advertising, or OOH (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
3. Good communication and negotiation skills
4. Willingness to work on-field within Indore
5. Target-driven and self-motivated
6.  Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
