Field Sales Executive

Coimboss Engineers is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth by visiting construction sites, RMC plants, contractors, and industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Coimboss Engineers’ products such as cement feeding blowers, mixer spares, and batching plant components.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit RMC plants, construction sites, builders, contractors, and purchase heads to generate business opportunities.
• Promote and sell Coimboss Engineers spare parts and equipment.
• Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical benefits to customers.
• Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the internal sales/production team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports, site visit reports, and market feedback.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for order delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Gather market intelligence about competitors and pricing trends.
