Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Outdoor Sales Professional to generate B2B project leads by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants in Indore. The role focuses on networking, site visits, and converting design-stage opportunities into lighting business.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and turnkey contractors.


Regularly visit design studios, offices, and project sites to generate leads.


Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects at early stages.


Present EGLO product catalogues, concepts, and lighting solutions to decision-makers.


Coordinate with showroom team for client visits, product demos, and closures.


Track ongoing projects and follow up consistently until order conversion.


Build a strong referral network within the design community.


Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and pipeline status.


Participate in local networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups.


Target Metrics (KPIs)


Number of architect/interior designer meetings per week.


Qualified project leads generated per month.


Conversion rate from lead to order.


Monthly revenue contribution from B2B channel.


Required Skills & Profile


2–5 years experience in outdoor/B2B sales (preferably building materials, lighting, furniture, or interiors).


Strong local network in Indore’s architect/interior designer community (highly preferred).


Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.


Basic understanding of lighting or willingness to learn quickly.


Comfortable with daily travel within the city.


Compensation Structure


Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
