Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and expand our client network in the construction industry. The role involves meeting architects, contractors, developers, project consultants, and corporate clients to build strong professional relationships and convert leads into projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and real estate developers
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term professional relationships with architects and consultants
  • Coordinate between technical team and client for project discussions
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
  • Maintain database of prospects and ongoing projects
