About the Role -

AGECO Group is looking for a smart, experienced, and dynamic Field Sales Executive to handle the Maharani Road and New Siyagang Market areas of Indore, along with daily visits to architects, builders, and retail counters.

The candidate should be short-spoken, confident, and an excellent communicator — someone who can create his own era in the market through deep relationship-building, strong follow-ups, and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities -

• Daily visits in Maharani Road and New Siyagang Market to meet electrical retailers, dealers, and wholesalers.
• Regular meetings with architects, interior designers, and builders to promote lighting and electrical products.
• Develop business for leading brands like BY Lighting, Havells, Philips, LG, Whirlpool, Polycab, and KEI.
• Identify new clients, generate inquiries, and ensure strong product visibility in the market.
• Handle and follow up on international cable cut inquiries (New Zealand & American markets).
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily visit reports.

Candidate Requirements -

• Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering.
• 4–10 years of field sales experience, preferably in electrical, lighting, or building material industry.
• Strong local market knowledge of Maharani Road and Siyagang area.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and confident personality.
• Ability to independently manage both retail and architect segments.
