Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive with experience in software or technology product sales. The role involves on-ground marketing, product pitching, lead generation, demos, and onboarding clients for software or IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients in assigned territories (shops, offices, institutions, SMEs, etc.).
- Pitch and demonstrate software / technology products (POS, SaaS, ERP, HRMS, etc.).
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct product demos and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with internal sales / technical teams.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Execute on-ground marketing activities such as flyer distribution, demo camps, events, and promotions.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead data, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly field sales and lead targets.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer suggestions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in software sales, product sales, or technology sales (POS like Petpooja, billing software, SaaS, fintech, etc.).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain technology products in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, daily travel, and target-based roles.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and software products.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
Good to Have
- Experience in POS, ERP, HRMS, or SaaS product sales.
- Two-wheeler with valid license.
- Local area knowledge of Indore and nearby locations.
