Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive with experience in software or technology product sales. The role involves on-ground marketing, product pitching, lead generation, demos, and onboarding clients for software or IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential clients in assigned territories (shops, offices, institutions, SMEs, etc.).
  • Pitch and demonstrate software / technology products (POS, SaaS, ERP, HRMS, etc.).
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
  • Conduct product demos and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Collect customer requirements and coordinate with internal sales / technical teams.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Execute on-ground marketing activities such as flyer distribution, demo camps, events, and promotions.
  • Maintain daily visit reports, lead data, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly field sales and lead targets.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer suggestions.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in software sales, product sales, or technology sales (POS like Petpooja, billing software, SaaS, fintech, etc.).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to explain technology products in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, daily travel, and target-based roles.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and software products.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.


Good to Have

  • Experience in POS, ERP, HRMS, or SaaS product sales.
  • Two-wheeler with valid license.
  • Local area knowledge of Indore and nearby locations.
