Job Description


Key Responsibilities – Field Sales


1. Business Development

Identify and approach potential customers (builders, contractors, architects, homeowners).

Generate new business opportunities through site visits, meetings, and networking.


2. Sales & Client Engagement

Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.

Conduct on-site demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

Prepare and share quotations/proposals and follow up for closures.


3. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales.

Collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction for long-term engagement.


4. Target Achievement

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

Track progress and report sales performance regularly.


5. Market Intelligence

Gather competitor information on products, pricing, and customer preferences.

Share insights with management to improve strategy.


6. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of sales calls, site visits, and client communications.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, material delivery, and after-sales support.
