Job Title:

Field Sales Executive – FMCG (Atta & Spices)

Location: Indore

Industry: FMCG – Food Staples (Atta, Blended Spices, Whole Spices)

Reporting To: Head of Sales

Job Purpose:

To generate sales by onboarding retailers and wholesalers, taking regular orders, ensuring product delivery, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors in assigned market areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Market Coverage
• Visit assigned retailers, kirana stores, wholesalers, and distributors daily
• Promote company products – Atta, Spices, and whole spices
• Generate daily and monthly sales orders
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at stores
• Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors and wholesalers
• Expand distribution reach in Indore markets
• Collect feedback from shop owners on pricing, quality, and demand
• Order & Collection Management
• Take orders and follow up for timely delivery
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for smooth supply
• Support payment collection as per company policy
• Track competitor pricing, schemes, and products
• Share market insights with management
• Report demand trends and fast-moving SKUs
• Maintain daily sales visit reports
• Share weekly performance updates
• Meet assigned sales targets

Candidate Profile:

Education:

Minimum: Graduate

Experience:

• 0–3 years experience in FMCG field sales preferred
• Experience in food products, atta, spices.
• Freshers with local market knowledge can also apply

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Indore local markets
• Ability to build relationships with retailers
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of billing / order booking

 Other Requirements :

• Valid driving license
• Smartphone (for reporting & coordination)

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives
