We are Looking for a Sales Professional to manage our operation across-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• potential customers in assigned territories
• Conduct market research to find new business opportunities
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

• Visit clients regularly (retailers, distributors, businesses)
• Present products/services effectively
• Demonstrate value and address customer needs

3. Sales Targets & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Increase market share within the territory
• Upsell and cross-sell products

4. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle complaints or issues professionally

5. Order Management & Follow-ups

• Take orders and ensure timely delivery
• Follow up on payments and collections
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, support)

6. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities and pricing
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends
• Report field insights to management

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily sales reports (DSR)
• Track visits, leads, conversions, and expenses
• Update CRM or sales systems regularly

8. Territory Management

• Plan daily routes and optimize travel
• Cover assigned area efficiently
• Ensure product availability across outlets

Candidates Profiles

1. Education : Graduate
2. Experience : 0 to 6 month (Experience in medical device or related industries would be an advantage)
