Job Title: Financial Associate Executive (Sales)Role Objective We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Financial Associate Executive to join our sales team at Research Mart Services Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by consulting clients on stock market services, financial planning, and investment strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential investors and traders to promote our stock market research services.
• Sales Consulting: Understand the financial goals of clients and recommend suitable service packages (Equity, MCX, NCDEX, etc.).
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and explore upselling opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with current stock market trends and news to provide informed pitches to prospects.
• Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, or MBA Finance preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (experience in BFSI or Stock Broking is a huge plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Convincing Skills: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Stock Market, Trading, and Investment products.
