Fleet Manager (Full-Time)

Job Description

Bolt EV Rental is hiring a Fleet Manager (Full-Time) for our e-bike hubs in Indore (Bholaram & Nipania).

We are looking for an experienced candidate who can manage fleet operations, ensure bike availability, and handle on-ground logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain balance of bikes between hubs based on demand

• Ensure daily deployment and zero downtime of vehicles

• Manage inventory, vehicle logs, and spare parts

• Coordinate with battery partners for smooth operations

• Monitor charging cycles and avoid downtime

• Onboard new riders and support existing riders

• Handle on-ground issues and troubleshooting

• Manage recovery of misplaced or damaged vehicles

• Conduct regular field checks

Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in logistics / operations / fleet management

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Comfortable using mobile apps & basic Excel/Google Sheets

• Problem-solving attitude and field work readiness

• Local knowledge of Indore preferred

Salary: ₹25,000 per month
