Job Description
- Guest ExperienceGreet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and guided through the Neighbourhood experience.
- Maintain strong product knowledge (food, coffee, desserts, and specials).
- Handle guest feedback and queries gracefully, ensuring quick resolution.
- Create a positive and calm floor atmosphere, even during rush hours.
- Operational ManagementSupervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
- Assign tables, manage seating flow, and ensure timely order taking and delivery.
- Coordinate between the service and kitchen/barista teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure cleanliness and table setup are maintained throughout service hours.
- Support billing and closing duties as required.
