Food Technology Consultant (FSMS ISO Consultant)

Position Name: FSMS Auditor – Food Technologist

General Duties:

Work as a Consultant, Auditor & Trainer.

The FSMS Auditor is responsible for the quality, food safety and esthetics at client end. He / She follow through on set processes and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards and product quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

·      The candidate should posses hand on experience in FSMS Implementation & knowledge about ISO Standards.

·      Should be able to implement ISO, prepare required documents and coordinate with audits.

·      Should be able to work independently.

·      Monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP). 

·      Able to monitor product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

·      Responsible to meet new clients & discuss about new business opportunities.

·      Support to organization in effective implementation of ongoing projects.

Required Skill & Qualifications:

·      Any of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, B.Sc. Food Technology, M.Sc. Food Technology, B. Sc. Microbiology or Equivalent.

·      Required Skill as Self-motivated with proven leadership skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Prior experience in food environment, Must be able to work in a team environment, Must have a positive attitude, Ability to work in fast-paced, effectively under pressure.

·      Experience: Minimum 6 Months Experience in Food Industry in Quality Control & Food Safety Management System.

·      Must have detailed knowledge about FSMS & Other Management Certification requirements.

·      Ready to travel across country as per company requirements.
