Job OverviewWe are hiring a Front Office cum Mediclaim Executive to manage front desk operations and handle Ayushman Bharat/Mediclaim documentation. The ideal candidate should be patient-friendly, organized, and experienced in hospital processes.

• Key Responsibilities:-
• Managing front desk operations, patient registration & enquiries
• Handling phone calls, appointment scheduling & coordination
• Processing Ayushman Bharat and Mediclaim documentation
• Coordinating with patients, TPA representatives & hospital departments
• Maintaining accurate records & ensuring a smooth claim process
• Providing excellent patient service and support
• Skills Required Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hospital billing/insurance procedures
• Basic computer and data management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
