Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach, ensuring that the services provided to clients are continuously improved and aligned with their needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with modern web frameworks such as Spring and Angular. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS or Azure. - Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
