Job Description – Roles & Duties

·        Design and produce a variety of marketing materials including Brochures, Posters, Advertisements, Social Media Graphics, Website Visuals, and Email Templates.

·        Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative solutions that align with branding guidelines.

·        Create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, including social media, web and mobile platforms.

·        Develop layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

·        Ensure that all designs meet the company’s visual and branding standards.

·        Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technology.

·        Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.

·       Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

·        Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social    media, search engines, email, and display advertising.

·        Manage and grow the organization's presence on social media platforms.

·        Create engaging content, coordinate social media campaigns, and interact with the audience to build brand awareness and loyalty.

·        Develop and curate compelling and shareable content for digital platforms, including blogs, videos, info graphics, and more.

Mandatory Skills and Qualification:-

·        Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Marketing or similar field.

·        6 Months-2 years of experience in professional Graphic Designing and Social Media Handling.

·        Proficiency in Coral Draw, Photoshop Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hindi Typing and Social Media Handling etc
