Job Title: Digital Marketing & Creative Designer

Overview

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Creative Designer to join our construction firm’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and promoting our construction projects across multiple online platforms.

This role combines graphic design, web design, video editing, and digital marketing, making it ideal for a creative professional who can handle both design and marketing responsibilities to help generate leads and build strong brand visibility.

Responsibilities

Design & Creative

• Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, and advertisements.
• Create engaging social media posts, promotional graphics, and branding materials.
• Design website pages, landing pages, and UI elements for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Video Editing

• Edit promotional videos, property walkthrough videos, reels, and advertisements for social media platforms.
• Create short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital ads.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance video quality.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote construction projects and services.
• Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms.
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better reach and conversions.

Advertising & Promotions

• Design and run online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Create ad creatives, banners, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning marketing strategies for project launches and promotions.

Website & Content

• Update and manage company website content and visuals.
• Design and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure website design is responsive and user-friendly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or multimedia design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with video editing software and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising platforms.
• Basic understanding of web design tools or platforms such as WordPress, Figma, or Webflow.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate or construction marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
• Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
