🎯 Role: Health Insurance Telecaller (Outbound Sales)

📍 Location: [Indore / Nagpur / Pune / etc.]

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

💰 CTC: Fixed + Attractive Incentives (Performance-based)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for health insurance sales

Explain product features, benefits, and coverage clearly (individual/family floater policies)

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans

Generate leads and convert them into policy sales

Handle objections and follow structured sales pitch (script-driven + need-based selling)

Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines

📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Daily calls: 120–180

Talk time: 3–4 hours/day

Conversion rate: 3–8% (depending on data quality)

Revenue target: As per campaign (₹3–10 lakh/month per agent typical range)

Quality score (QA audits): >85%

👤 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Experience:

Fresher OR

6 months–2 years in telecalling / insurance / loan sales

Languages: Hindi + Basic English (regional language advantage)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Prior experience in health insurance / life insurance / loan sales

Understanding of basic insurance concepts (premium, sum insured, riders)

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Target-driven and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)

💼 Compensation Structure

Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
