  • Collection & Retention
  • Interactions reduction - Calls / App / IVR
  • Close coordination with Marketing , D2C, HDO & Network teams
  • New acq quality control
  • 0-6 AON BD & M4 decay reduction
  • SLA & Resolution adherence
