Job Description
- Generate home loan leads through direct and channel sourcing.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and conversion targets.
- Build relationships with builders, agents, and customers.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for processing.
- Train and support branch/field sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with policies and RBI norms.
