Hotel Coordinator

Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales growth, Coordinating with hotels for room bookings and reservations, Managing and resolving member escalations in a timely and professional manner, - Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with hotel teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with hotel and club members regarding membership queries and bookings.

- Generate sales leads from walk-in hotel guests and successfully convert them into members.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

- Collect payments from customers and deposit the collected amount in the bank.

- Communicate with guests and hotel team members regarding hotel arrangements and any changes

Requirements:

- 10+2/Graduate or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or hospitality environment (preferred)

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards

- Candidates from Indore are preferred.
