Hotel Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage front office, housekeeping, and service staff
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality
• Handle bookings, billing, and revenue management
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline
• Manage inventory, vendors, and operational expenses
• Resolve guest complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Graduate or 12t Pass with Hotel manager Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in hotel operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000
