HR Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Sudama Nagar, Indore. The ideal candidate will have min 2 years of experience and will be responsible for handling core HR functions, employee relations, office management, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Manage smooth employee onboarding and documentation.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.

Foster a positive employee relations environment.

Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.

Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain related documentation.

Support in day-to-day HR operations and compliance-related tasks.

Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

6 months to 2 years of relevant HR experience.

Good knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
