HR Admin Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Joining).

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment data and daily reports (Excel).

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Ensure timely follow-ups and closures for all open positions.

Maintain professionalism and uphold company hiring standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must have prior Recruitment Experience.

Knowledge of Basic Excel (data handling, maintaining trackers).

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of hiring platforms & sourcing techniques.

Preferred Criteria

Candidates from Indore will be preferred.

Married female candidates preferred.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
