HR Executive

Job Title: HR ExecutiveDepartment: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Admin Head

• Job Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
• Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Address employee queries and support employee relations
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Support performance appraisal processes
• Ensure statutory compliance and labor law requirements
• Prepare HR reports and MIS
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role (freshers may apply)
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HR software / HRMS is a plus
