Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Post job openings on portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Conduct initial HR interviews and salary discussions
- Assist in HR documentation, joining formalities, and employee records
- Support HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour laws (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR software/tools
