HR Executive

Job SummaryThe HR Executive supports the Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
• Administer employee benefits and statutory compliance
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Support performance appraisal and employee development processes
• Coordinate training programs and HR initiatives
• Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Preferred QualificationsHR certification or diploma in HRM
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
