About the Job -

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and well-versed in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities -

1) Job posting on relevant platforms

2) Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates

3) Conducting interviews

4) Issuing offer letters and appointment letters

5) Managing joining formalities and employee documentation

6) Conducting employee orientation and induction

7) Handling resignations, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements

8) Maintaining attendance and leave records

9) Payroll processing and managing salary structure

10) Resolving salary and payroll-related queries

11) Maintaining employee records and files

12) Ensuring compliance with labor laws

13) Supporting promotions and salary increments

14) Handling conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

15) Identifying training needs

Required Skills & Experience -

1) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2) Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment

3) Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes

4) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5) Good organizational and documentation skills
