Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles within defined timelines
- Oversee employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
- Develop and implement HR policies, KRAs, and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
