Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, payroll support, and HR documentation. This role ensures smooth HR operations and supports the organization in fostering a positive and productive work environment.


1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters, negotiate compensation, and handle onboarding formalities.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Prepare induction schedules and ensure smooth joining processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.


3. HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee personal files.
  • Assist in payroll processing by providing necessary HR data.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.


4. Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
  • Track employee goals and performance reviews.


5. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution.


6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, notices, and other documentation.


  • Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
